Won't finish print job

Hi,

I'm a network admin, and all of my users all able to print normally. Except
for jus one guy, when he prints (a network printer or his pdf printer), the
document starts queueing prints the first pages, only the last page is not
getting printed and the job stays queued. (only a 1 paged document gets
printed normally, 2 pages only the first page gets printed, 3 pages only 2,
etc.

Anyone has an idea?

Is this a connection to printer which is shared by another machine or is the
user connecting directly to the printer which has some sort of network
interface?
