Won't Execute/Open

Is there a way to download MS Office 2000 SR-1 w/o a
disk. I misplaced my original disk and now Excel will not
execute/open.

You dont need a disk to run Excel. What exactly is happening when you try to
run Excel? Are you getting an error? Is it opening and closing?

Office is not available as a Download

Error 1706. No valid source could be found for product MS Offie 2000 SR-1 Standard.

The file MS Office 2000 is not a valid installation package for the product MS Office 2000 SR-1 Standard. Try to find the installation package "DATAISTD.MSI' in a folder from which you can install MS Office 2000 SR-1 Standard.


Excel is th onlu one that will not open/execute; the rest Word, Access and PowerPoint are ok.

I'm having a similiar problem when I try to insert clip art.
