Won't allow java script

I get a pop up in the lower right corner saying a jave
script wants to run, Block OR Allow. I click Allow and the
pop up just comes up again. I cannot run the script. I
look at scripts I am blocking and it say's I am not
blocking any scripts. It does show up on the log.

Advanced Tools > Browser Hijack Restore > Check All >
then Restore, then try.
