Does anyone know if the new Microsoft 3degrees Wink (.wnk)
files can be imported into Frontpage?

Then, when the user accesses the webpage, the wink image
appears as a welcome...
 
After looking a the MS 3Degrees site, I do not see this being currently
possible, as the WINK file needs to be downloaded to be accessed by the
3Degrees application.
