Wndows XP start screen/ splash?

When Windows XP starts or restarts, the Windows XP logo and information is at
the top of the screen, off centered and poor resolution. I have no idea what
caused this. Can anyone help? It is the black screen with the Windows XP
logo, not the blue screen with logon identities.

Hi,

When you actually get into Windows is the display clear? Like it used to be
or is everything bigger?

If this is the case it means that your graphics card driver need to be
reinstalled
