For some reason, I cannot watch any video files from the Internet that
require WMP. I don't think it's because I reinstalled Windows XP because it
used to work fine about a month ago, and I reinstalled it quite a few months
ago. I did not use this computer during the lastmonth so I don't know what
could have changed this.

I can't see videos from this website for example:
http://www.mtve.com/common/mediaplayer/playMedia_big2.php

It connects to the media, then displays that it's "Ready", but even when I
click "Play", nothing happens. How can I fix this??

Thanks in advance,

Open WMP,tools, options,on the 1st page chk the box "connect to the internet"
close out.

It's already checked and still nothing...

Strangely, I tired to uncheck the "Connect to the internet" box and it
actually worked! I could see the videos! I rechecked it and can still see
them! I don't know if that really was the problem but anyway, it works!
Thanks for the help!

I can't watch them from www.cmt.com. I t says ready also then nothing. Any
thoughts at all. I have wmp 10 and everything is updated.
