WMP Toolbar in WinVista Enterprise

Hello,

I've a question about WMP in WinVista enterprise edition where is missing
toolbar. Is it possible to somehow enable it?

Should be accessible by right clicking the Taskbark > Toolbars > Windows
Media Player.
 
Well, yes this is accessible in Ultimate edition but not in enterprise one.
In enterprise edition isn't any toolbar for wmp. Is it a way how to enable
it? Thanks
