Is it possible to make a WML or WAP site using FrontPage?
How? I'd appreciate any insight.

Yes, to the extent that WML is a subset of HTML.

In other words, FrontPage has no specific features that
help you keep within the bounds of WML. You just have to
be careful and avoid things like CSS, <font> tags, and
style= attributes, which WML will ignore.

I have a small site at http://www.interlacken.com/mobile/
that's fairly WML compliant. Obviously, it looks best on a
Pocket PC. I haven't tested it on Palm.
