Will it add much to a Winlogon Image with Custom Shell is I add WIM Script
running capabilities? Currently I'm right at 90 megs with
Networking,Filesharing, and Web Server.

There are numerous WMI related components. First determine what you need.
Then run TD's footprint estimator to see how bad the hit will be on your
image.
