WMI Producing millions of page faults

I manage a number of 2000 and 2003 servers. On a couple of these servers
(both DCs that run Exchange Server and otherwise provide simple file
serving), the WMI service is generating several millions page faults per day,
which may be affecting their performance and/or stability. I'm not doing
anything explicitly with WMI. Any ideas as to what could cause so much
activity?

Any errors poping up with these page faults? What about the Event log?

No large number of events or errors. However, I followed the instructions
on the link you sent me for the 2000 Server and it appears to have cleaned it
up. I hope to get to the other server (2003) later this week. Thanks!
