I am getting these two errors

WinMgmt could not initialize the core parts

WMI: Out of memory



any suggestions?

You don't provide any info about your scenario(system RAM, OS version, etc.), so you don't give us any chances to narrow and identify your problem.
If the error you get is indeed out of memory, you're in low memory conditions. Usually this is because one or more apps on your system leak memory or the process VM space is fragmented pretty bad.
Can you please describe what are you trying (doing) over there? At least open Task manager and tell us more info about your system memory (on Process page check "Show processes from all users" and then click/order them by "Memory Usage". Also, goto the Performance tab page and tell us what you see in there.
