If you haven't emptied the Recycle Bin the shortcuts will be in there.
Open the Recycle Bin and select them, then choose to restore them and
they will be put back from where you deleted them.
If you have emptied the Bin you need to create a shortcut to
C:\Windows\ehome\ehshell.exe
