I accidentally deleted Windows media center icon on my system tray and
screen, how do I restore it?

Miong

If you haven't emptied the Recycle Bin the shortcuts will be in there.
Open the Recycle Bin and select them, then choose to restore them and
they will be put back from where you deleted them.

If you have emptied the Bin you need to create a shortcut to
C:\Windows\ehome\ehshell.exe
