No, don't do it. Encoding from one lossy format to another lossy
format will result in a deterioated sound file. Sure encode from
a lossless format (eg: CD or wave) to a lossy format (eg: mpg,
ogg, wma, etc). But not from one lossy format to another. You will
be disappointed with the sound quality, trust me.
