The only way I've been able to have my signature included in posts is to use RTF, but even then the signature is automatically included only with a new post. When I post a reply I need to manually insert it. I'm using an HTML file for the signature.

Suggestions please.

In the Tools > Options > Signature page, uncheck the "Don't include signature on forwards & replies".

Thanks for your response Dustin, it was already unchecked.

When it doesn't work, are you replying to a plain text message?
Uncheck this option: Tools, Options, Send, "Reply to messages
using the format in which they were sent."
Also, under Mail Sending Format, HTML settings, make sure that
"Send pictures with messages" is selected.

Go to tools>options>send tab, and select plain text for news posting.

HTML is not wanted in newsgroups.

I know that!
So how about telling me Mr. MS-MVP : MAIL how I get my sig to work using plain text.

Thanks Gary, That corrected the problem.
I'm still trying to figure out how I can use a sig while posting in plain text.

If you post in plain text, the sig must also be plain text.
