WLIB_GetFileNameInfo problem with 2003

The definition type is defined in References ---- Utility module in my Access
97, but is not defined in
my Access 2000 Utility module.

QUESTION: Should I replace the Utility module in Access 2000 with the
Utility module from Access 97, or is there a way to add the
"WLIB_GetFileNameInfo" reference into the Access 2000 Reference library.

I believe WLIB_GetFileNameInfo is the same as the GetOpenFileName API.
