WLAN and wake-up problem

I have XP/HP's laptop, connected to network by ADSL modem with WLAN option.
This problem started about 1..2 months ago
1) With cable:
When I boot up my laptop, it works fine but if I put it to sleep mode and
wake it up, the network status becomes "limited or no connection(etc)"
"Repair" command does not help. When I reboot, it works fine again.
2)With WLAN:
My WLAN uSB adapter does not work anymore. Not even if it is inserted before
boot up. It connects to base station (status; connection good) but not to
further network. There is same message, "limited connection".

In both problem cases I can see that there are traffic transmitted from
laptop but not received.
ADSL modem reboot does not help. I also tested this in another WLAN

Hi all,
OK, I solved the problem by my own: I had added Svchost.exe to prevented
list on my firewall. I removed the program from lists and all started to
work. Jihaa!
