WJView ERROR

I have windows XP, every time I start my computer an ERROR alert comes up
stating:
WJView Error
ERROR: Could not execute Main: The system can not find the file specified.
I click ok and it goes away, all my programs run fine. This is just an
annoying message at the beginning of startup. Does anyone know what this is
about?
I've tried to delete a program called Ebates Moe Money and the same message
comes up and this program can not be deleted.
