WJV View Error Message

After I ran Spybot, I started getting a WJV View Error Message; I think it relates to a certain spyware address that Spybot cannot eliminate. A semi-knowledgeable friend told me Microsoft has site specific for this message and how to deal with it. DellNet Tech Support has never heard of it! Anyone know what my friend is talking about? If it exists, I'd rather try it (as opposed to another spyware removal program) because this current problem came up after using SPYBOT!
