Wizard toolbar in Powerpoint 2003

I downloaded/installed the Powerpoint Template Creation Wizard. The
instructions say it will be displayed on the "Wizards toolbar" when I launch
Powerpoint but I can't find a Wizards toolbar. I've looked under "Tools"/
"Customize" but it is not listed.

Where do I find this?

Right click on the tool bar and see if the "Wizards Toolbar" is there if so,
just checkmark it.
