Wizard popup?

When I go to a certain ebay page there is always this wizard guy which pops
up on my screen, and a little one on the task bar notification area. Any
idea which software is responsible for this? My spyware scan doesn't
reveal anything?

I think you will need to be a bit more specific as to the details of the
"wizard guy" and "a little one", before anyone could hazard a guess as
to what software you installed on your computer.

I think I located it as winnt\msagent\agentsvr.exe
Any ideas what it might be?
