Wizard like example

I'm trying to build a form that would allow the novice user to create dynamic
SQL crosstab query. In one part of the form, I would like the user to be
able to select desired fields from a list box and populate another list box
with those values.

I was wondering if someone knew of a good example of this wizard like form
that I could look at how they handled the various events.

Of course, you'd have to buy the book(s), but there is a *lot* of other very
good stuff in those books too.

There is a crosstab in "At Your Survey"
http://www.rogersaccesslibrary.com/OtherLibraries.asp#Hookom,Duane that
allows users to select two fields and create a crosstab of the data.
