You need to be more specific. Give some details as to the previous
configuration and what caused it to become misconfigured?
 
I am really not sure..it has happened before. Suddenly it just stops
communicating with the modem. Microsoft used to tell me how to reconfigure
it, but they no longer do this when I call them. I know it has something to
do with the numbers 192.168.2.1, but I cant remember how to do it myself.
