How do you set the priority for NIC cards so the internal
100MB NIC will re-enable when plugged into the LAN after
using an onboard wireless card? thanks

if you have IBM Access Connections or Toshiba Config Free,
you can setup whatever you want disable enable.
If you do not have, cleate shot cut of your Local Area Settings from
Start > Settings > Network and Dial-up Settings
(May be named Local Area Connection1 and Local Area Connection2)
just double click on that then youcan enable that connection.
(If others are disabled)
also you can disable from Icon on task tray
If you marked "Show Icon in Task Tray when Connected"
in Loacl Area Connection's Properties
