Wireless Network with Mail

Hi, I have a wireless network installed and whilst I have no problems with
net connection, and my Mail is sharing the connection, Mail insists in
requesting s dial-up connection when I try to check mail. The connection
properties are set to 'never dial' and use LAN.
Any ideas gratefully received
 
Look at the properties of the account, Connection tab. Make sure
the account is not configured to override IE connection settings.
