WIRELESS NETWORK ACCESS TO RESOURCES

I have 16 computers in my Wireless Network. I can only view the computers on
the network but unable to access any one of the Computers. I am using Windows
XP professional pack two. I don't have any server in my Network. Each time I
try to access any of the systems it shows me that the PC is not accessable, I
might have the permision to use the network resorces, contact the network
administrator

QUESTION
1. What should I do to be able to access resources in other Computers in the
wireless network.
