Hi,
I am using centrino notebook with a built in wireless card and a PC with Realtek wireless card to connect this two machines at my home. However, the connection isn't working.

Notebook says:
signal strength: excelent
speed 11 Mbps
etc...
PC also says:
signal strength: excelent
speed 11 Mbps
etc...

Both are connected to the same wireless network called BURA, defined with no encription. Checked everything 100 times...

So, everything seems fine. I used the same workgroup of course (my WIRED connection worked fine, I could share files and adsl internet, but with WIRELESS never).

Also, both wireless adapters say that they have SENT some packets, but both have zero on the RECEIVED side.

So it seams that they have connected but I still can not see shared harddisks or surf Internet.

I went to my friends and checked combination with different wireless card (DLink) and it also did not work. Then we took another notebook (fujitsu siemens) and it nether could make work. Two notebooks between each other also did not work. I mean, we tried everything...
