WinXP64bit Install

I cant seem to be able to load my SATA hard drives for installation (The part where I specify additional RAID devices) of Windows XP 64Bit. Every floppy driver disk I create comes up with corrupted via drivers. The south bridge is the Via 8237. This same disk works fine under Windows XP 32Bit Professional
