First, not all patches since SP3 apply to all editions or configurations.
Since the date/time of your message, there have been more patches, so the
process is still ongoing. Check Add/Remove Programs in Control Panel, (with
a checkmark at the top in the "Show Updates" box,) to see what KB* updates
have been added to your computer. You can go to Windows Updates and choose
Custom, to see what new patches your computer needs, and on the left, there
is an item to Review your Update History. Updates since SP3 are in the SP4
folder in your Registry. Start> Run> regedit
Here's the SP4 registry location:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Updates\Windows XP\SP4
I have 53 KB* subfolders under SP4, and 1 under SP3.
