Installed WinXP after several attempts to get past an
error. Finally tried install using other CD-ROM drive and
had no problem.

WinXP is now installed and entered the two user names as
part of initial setup. I wasn't asked to set any password
and the install is now complete. PC rebooted and now user
names are available but since I didn't set any passwords I
can't log in.

Tried to log on as guest w/o password. Get error "the
specifed domain either does not exist or could not be
contacted".

Can't do anything from here and end up rebooting to try
again.

Any ideas?

Your post isn't detailed enough to get specific help, but usually when
you don't set a password, the password is blank. Try logging in with
one of your accounts (one that has administrative privileges) and just
hit "enter" for the password. If this isn't what you mean, then please
post back including the original error message.
