winXP - My laptop display is inverted.

I launched an app that forced the resolution to 1024x768.
The screen inverted and stayed upside down. I tried
rebooting and using the winXP restore. I tried the restore
a number of times but the setting will not go up right.

There must be a registry setting for the display....
Help.
Laptop is a Compaq Evo n610c

I ended up re-installing the display drivers from the
HP/Compaq website....it worked.
