WinXP home reboots

my computer all of a sudden now reboots before loading windows? it goes to
the winXP loading screen the reboots over and over? any ideas?
 
Tap F8 at Startup and see if you get a Menu. Then if yes select Safe
Mode. If XP boots up Ok go to Start>All Programs
Accessories>System Tools>System Restore. Try to do a restore from
there.
