WinXP Home frastration

Home edition doesnt have IIS server, so I cannot write any ASP.net web
application. Does anyone have any solution on how could I use VB studio on XP
home?
 
¹ Limited functionality. Visual Studio .NET 2003 does not support creating
ASP.NET Web applications or ASP.NET XML Web services when using Windows XP
Home Edition.
