Winword is almwyas on memory because Outlook

Hi. Winword is always on memory because of Microsoft Outlook and is always
using a lot a memory usage. How can I remove from memory without using Taks
Manager.??

You can set Outlook as the email editor in Tools-> Options-> tab Mail
Format.
