I am not able to open a docutment that someone else created. getting error:
"The instruction at "0x300c3855" referenced memory at "ox0011ff9c". The
Memory could not be "read".
I am able to open other Word documents. There are other users that are able
to open the same document.

Which version of Word do you have, and in which was the document
created/edited?
