Winupdate.exe Error

Using W2K Pro and getting the following error message upon
boot up.

CANNOT FIND THE FILE WINUPDATE.EXE OR ONE OF IT'S
COMPONENTS. MAKE SURE THE PATH AND FILENAME ARE CORRECT
AND THAT ALL REQUIRED LIBRARIES ARE AVAILABLE.

Please assist.

You definitely have a virus. Not sure which one becasue
over a dozen different viruses use a "winupdate.exe" file.
You need to update your definitions and try to clean it.
