wintrim.exe file with trojan virus

My anti-virus program has quarantined the above file.
Where can I get a clean replacement??

HI,

You need not replace. Both WINTRIM.EXE and WINCOMP.EXE
are malware programs (memory-resident downloader Trojan to
be exact).
Delete the file from quarantine..
