I am running Windows XP Home Edition and I have been
having the problem where the hourglass keeps showing up.
I tried doing what someone stated in a post earlier where
you were to go into regedit and delete and then do a
search for wtoolsa and then delete the internet file but
it keeps coming back saying that this file is being used
somewhere else. I also went into add/remove programs and
tried deleting wintools and it tells me that there is an
adware program working somewhere but I have no idea what
it is. I did a search for adware and nothing came up. I
downloaded spyware begone and this did not help because
it is still doing the same thing. Can someone please
help, this is ridiculous.

try a real spyware fighting program like spybot at
safer-networking.org or ad-aware from lavasoftusa.com
and update and scan
both are free and work real well.
don't pay for spyware begone to remove the junk, what a scam.
