wintools removal

MS antispyware detects wintool and rates it as high risk.
Therefore I want to remove it. The MS spyware will
inidicate it is removed but in reality its not.
I have manually deleted the directory/files in safe mode
but I cannot remove this from the registry, tried in safe
mode but I is not possible to remove.
Anybody any ideas?

Give http://www.windowsstartup.com/doc.php?id=3 a try.
