winsp4*.* is not a valid win32 application

I'm trying to install windows media player 9a and
win2ksp4 and I am receving the following error message "x
is not a valid win32 application" where "X" is the setup
executable. Any ideas?

Must be partial or corrupted download. Most likely you will need to obtain
another copy of executables or redownload (ouch!) them.
win2ksp4 is actually an SFX CAB archive so you can try to extract all files
from it with your favorite archiver. If you will be able to do so you can
install sp4 by running update.exe file located in "i386\update" folder.
