WinPE bldini

I'm trying to build a WinPE bootable from the OPK, but when I run MkImg.cmd
it complains that bldini (a program its trying to run doesn't exist).

Does anyone know where these files are supposed to be?
 
I have since found bldini.exe by doing that. Originally, I just ran the
install thinking that would copy everything I needed - strangely not.

can someone email this file? I need it for the BDD but I can't get access to WinPE 2004 cd. If anyone happens to have an ISO for winPE 2004 that would also be much appricated.
