Winocx32.exe

Is there a file in Windows named winocx32.exe it seems to
be loading at startup or is it some type of virus. I ran
Sasser, found no infection, I removed it from the registry
and startup, now when I try to open a programs, Nortons
for example, receive windows is unable to locate the
executable for the program,Nmain.exe, ran search, file is
in the right location.
