WINNT Outlook problem

when starting outlook, Dr.Watson comes up with an error
message concerning MAPISP32.exe. When I click OK, it just
goes to Outlook, but will not send or receive mail. Any
help?

An application error has occurred and an application error
log is being generated.
MAPISP32.exe
Exception: access violation (oxc0000005), Address:
0x0000000
