winnet.exe taking all resources at startup

Hi,
Every time I start the PC (running XP Home Ed.) the exe
file winnet.exe is running, grabbing all (99%) CPU
resources. What can I do to avoid this?

If you are sure it's winnet.exe and not wininet then go here for removal
instructions: http://www.doxdesk.com/parasite/CommonName.html. It's
spyware/adware so you don't want it. I also read where Spybot S&D
http://www.safer-networking.org/ or AdAware
http://www.lavasoft.de/software/adaware/ will also get rid of this.
