winnet.exe.can't inialize

why a message appear "winnet.exe cannot initialize"
during my log off?
 
Winnet.exe is part of Commonname, installs with iMesh and other P2P apps,
generally an unwanted item, download Adaware
http://www.lavasoft.de/support/download/ to remove that, as well as the
200+ objects it installs with it.
Note: Update Adaware before running, using the "Check for Updates Now"
feature to ensure proper removal of all components.
& BTW Commonname installs as an LSP, improper removal will damage winsock
settings
