WinMgmt.Exe - Application Error

My Gateway notebook displayed the disk check messages upon
boot up and a message stated some files where curropted
and then fixed.

Now I get the following message every couple of seconds.

WinMgmt.exe - Application Error
The Instruction at "0x77fcb3ad" referenced memory
at "0x00003498". The memory could not be "written".

Any help would be appreciated!
 
I get a similar error message from msimn (OE6) when I close down.

The instruction at "0x77fcb3ad" referenced memory at "0x00ca4910". The
memory could not be "written".


Everything else seems fine and no mail or settings are lost.
