WinME ugrade W2000 sony vaio notebook display problem

[RCC]

Upgraded from ME to W2000 pro on Sony Vaio FX150 laptop.
Unable to enlarge screen. Also no other options than 16
colors on screen. Please assist

There is no supported upgrade path from WinME to Windows 2000
