WinME to WinXP upgrade issues

My friend upgraded her machine from WinME to WinXP Home.
The upgrade took two hours. After it was finished, her
applications were gone.. Word, Excel, MSmoney gone. It
looks like her data may still be ok. Any ideas?

You'll have to reinstall Microsoft Office and Microsoft Office
using the original installation CDs.
