Winlogon problem

Hi Folks,

My laptop running on Windows XP professional and connect
to domain. When I on the computer, windows show me
following error:

"WlxDialogBox returned -1 - err = 14003; The referenced
assembly is not installed on your system"

Even I click OK the error message keep prompt out. I can
not use Alt + Ctrl + Del to logon. Appreciate if your
expert knowledge can advice me to trobleshooting this
problem.
