winlogon.exe help!

Hi!
I need help. Norton antivirus has problems with a
winlogon.exe file that seems to be harmful. I've jsut
bought the computer and this file seems to steel cpu
usage and i don't know how to fix the problem.
When, doing a search, i find two winlogon.exe, one
harmful and one not.
Can somebody please help me solve the problem!!
